Cooking Class - Handmade Gnocchi with a Twist

Chef Eric teaches the methods of scratch gnocchi in this hands-on class with a twist.

Chef Eric takes these simple, yet elegant Italian potato dumpling pillows to a new level using the flavors and ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. You will join Chef Eric in creating a two-course meal completely from scratch.

Start the class with a course of delicately sautéed Pacific Northwest wild mushrooms. You will then begin the gnocchi making by preparing the traditional dough to encase the roasted potatoes. Then, plate your pan-seared gnocchi beneath a bed of spaghetti squash that you will caramelize with ricotta cheese on with honey and orange zest.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
