Come shape, boil and bake in this hands-on experience, where Chef Cat will demystify the art of making the perfect bagel with that little extra bit of San Francisco flavor, using a naturally fermented, wild-yeast levain. We'll use it to make fabulous bagels that -once shaped and waiting in the refrigerator- you can boil and bake in less than 30 minute. Perfect for breakfast or brunch anytime. Everyone will go home with rising bagels they’ve made in class, ready to boil and bake at home. Then we'll boil and bake MORE bagels in class – plain, sesame, poppy seed, or everything– to enjoy with the most amazing selection of toppings at the Bagel Bar. Accompanied by the perfect bagel thirst-quencher: Mimosas!

Note for Content Team: I will be teaching at a large venue with room for up to 16 people in a public class, and up to 30 people for corporate team building. This will be a public class with at least 8 participants from combined listings. Please disregard the minimum and maximum number of guests indicated below (required for submission)

It was a lot of fun to be in an an actual commercial bakery kitchen. The class was fun, informative, and we had a chance to eat what we made. It was a wonderful experience!
