Fall and autumn are the perfect time to enjoy warm, hearty, healthy, flavorful food. The vibrant colors of the fall produce and a bit of practice and training can help you create delicious, flavorful, nutritionally complete meals the whole family can enjoy. This class will equip you to create simple to complex meals in a hands-on session. You will discover that you can easily create wonderful flavors with fresh ingredients and the use of a few sophisticated, subtle spices. Our traditional and innovative recipes use all natural hormone-free meats, seasonal vegetables & healthy lentils/beans as main ingredients and are totally kid friendly.
The dinner party style class begins with introductions and drinks, communal chopping and prep, taking turns in cooking and enjoying the food together with a family-style dinner. The class includes all ingredients and recipes to take home. Classes can be customized to your unique needs.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
