Chef Britney, who recently moved to Portland from Texas, is a knowledgeable and experienced chef that will turn your kitchen into a culinary playground. Her class is easy to follow, and the recipes are simple, yet the flavors are unique, well-balanced and sophisticated. This class balances between the rustic crunch of the baguette and acidity of braised red cabbage, citrusy lush apricots complimented by pistachios and clean flavors of white fish on bed of simple vegetables.
