With a menu that exemplifies Chef Robin's belief in simple preparations and a multitude of flavors, you will learn how to prepare decadent provisions from the Pacific Northwest.
Begin with a bright baby green salad peppered with crunchy hazelnuts and goat cheese in a blackberry vinaigrette. Next up, salmon soaked in maple, and served with scallion salsa verde alongside wild rice and walnut pilaf. For the finale, prepare your taste buds for pumpkin cheesecake ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
