Learn to prepare two simple globally-inspired (and locally sourced!) entrées to satisfy the pickiest eater.
In this California cuisine cooking class, Chef Lisa will teach you to prepare two incredibly easy and deeply satisfying entrées, as well as fresh ricotta, salad, and dessert. You'll learn to make a simple chicken dish with tomatoes, basil, radishes, and a chicken jus, as well as a roasted honey-ancho chili pork loin with Brussels sprouts, green beans, pancetta, and white cheddar grits. The class will open with an easy cheese plate and homemade ricotta and will close with a seasonal and simple dessert.
Chef Lisa invites guests to bring their own beer or wine.

I booked Chef Lisa's Land & Sea summer buffet with my friends in my community room and was amazed by the quality of the food and her presenting it to us and serving our 16 guests. Chef Lisa is a very seasoned chef and you see it in everything she does in the kitchen. In addition to this full-service catering menu, we had also booked her drop-off menu and both were fantastic.

Lisa was warm and friendly, great with the kids, so efficient and fast, made sure to clean every last dish that we had and took all trash with her. Food standouts were her delicious avocado dip, juicy steak, yummy wild mushrooms, amazing molten lava chocolate cake.

We booked Cozymeal and chef Lisa for our company event and had a very good experience. The customer service was very responsive and they catered to all of our special requests. Chef Lisa's food was delicious. We will definitely use Cozymeal again.
