You don’t need fancy equipment or an Italian grandmother to make one of the table’s greatest pleasures—pasta by hand! In this hands-on class, Chef Julia will present in-depth instruction on how to make a variety of pastas from scratch, including gnocchi, ravioli, and fettuccini.
Chef Julia will help you bring your favorite Italian comfort dishes to life using simple ingredients and traditional techniques. Dress your gnocchi with rich, savory brown sage butter, stuff ravioli with a classic spinach and ricotta, and coat fettuccini with a refreshing Sicilian-style pesto.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
