I gave this class as a gift to my daughter-in-law for her 30th Birthday. She loved it! The chefs were great teachers and the food was delicious. What a great gift!

Meet your chef
Chef Frances started her culinary career as the chef at Lalimes restaurant in Berkeley and also enjoyed teaching and cooking at Chateau Routas in Provence. More recently, she taught the professional culinary program at the renowned Tante Marie's Cooking School in San Francisco for over 10 years. Chef Sasha met Chef Frances at Tante Marie's, where she led the professional pastry course after years of working at Bay Area restaurants and bakeries such as Bay Wolf, Garibaldi’s and Café Rouge.
