Chef Deborah will begin the class by imagining your grocery cart filled to the brim with every color in the rainbow. Discover how beautiful a dish can be when it is arranged with gorgeous ingredients all from different colors of the rainbow.
Allow Chef Deborah to give you a demonstration and tasting of such dishes as savory tarts in beiges and browns, a dark green kale salad with crimson red apples, bright oranges in quinoa, and even a dessert such as lemon curd with beautiful blueberry compote.
