Not all sushi features seafood! In this vegan-friendly class, Chef Naomi brings her background in plant-based cuisine to this classic Japanese dish.
Chef Naomi starts the class by sharing her go-to miso soup recipe made with fresh shiitake mushrooms. Then, guests will learn how to fill nori sheets with eye-popping ingredients, including fresh and pickled vegetables, black sesame seeds, and a kick of wasabi mayonnaise. Finally, Chef Naomi will teach you her techniques for rolling and cutting delicious, colorful bites of sushi.
Guests are welcome to bring or provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
