The class includes learning proper procedure on blistering peppers, concocting the perfect batch of gazpacho, and fine-tuning your knife skills. Chef Naomi caps off the night with a customary Spanish comfort dessert that boasts a vibrant tang to keep the night young.

Chef Naomi was friendly, fun, and a wonderful teacher. I bought this class as a gift for my mother, who is vegan. (I'm very not vegan) I didn't expect much from vegan sushi, but I couldn't have been more wrong . Naomi guided us in making absolutely delicious sushi, miso soup, and quick pickled veggies. I'm an avowed meat eater and sushi lover, so you better believe it was great! Mom said this was the best birthday present I've given her. Thanks Naomi! We'll be back!
