Chef Leo brings both his immense experience and culinary passion to furnish you with the knowledge to introduce these sumptuous delights into your own home.
This class allows you to learn firsthand what elements are required to craft each of Chef Leo’s menu items, from proper ingredients to wrapping methods to ensure that each delectable dish is as savory as it is well-presented.

Chef Leo has been working as a sushi chef for over 10 years. He has also taught at a world-renowned sushi school, guiding professional chefs on the proper technique of this unique craft as they begin a career in sushi. Chef Leo will share expert tips on a variety of sushi skills, from basic rolls to whole-fish cutting. He looks forward to seeing you in class!
