My husband and I enjoyed the evening. The chef made it a fun experience as he was upbeat and friendly. The food was delicious yet I am wondering why the dessert didn’t look like the one pictured on the web page.

Chef Lonnie was fun and informative! It was a lot of fun to get hands-on with the sushi to make veggie hand rolls, cucumber rolls, and tuna rolls. I think a little more structure to get the class's attention would have been helpful, since there was a lot of talking and missed attention at times, requiring Chef to shout over the room. But all in all, a great experience!

My class on Monday, December 22nd at 7 PM was not taught by Chef Jaken. It was taught by someone else and she was great. The chef was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions. Understand that there is not a ton of time but I would have liked to have seen some of the prep work (at least an overview). For example, we made gnocchi but did not learn how to prepare the potatoes (we were just given them ready to go) and returned from break with them cooked and in the sauce. Would have liked at least a quick overview of the steps: cooking gnocchi, ricing the potatoes... and any little tips for those steps. Other than, it was a great experience and looking forward to my next class!

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

This was the first time for me to take a cooking class. I look forward to doing it again! The chef was very enthusiastic and explained the process well as we worked. I came away feeling I can do this again at home and look forward to homemade pasta dishes.

Give it a 3… but only because she wasn’t super nice and helpful…and because they should let people know it’s gonna be 4 people sharing the food. My table was only 2 of us. And we felt rushed at times because we didn’t have extra people to assist with us. When trying to ask questions, felt ignored at times. The class was fun. But I was expecting to really learn more. This felt more like Painting with a Twist.. but for Baking. I’m looking to make Baking a new hobby. So this just wasn’t what I was expecting. But for those just looking to have fun or a day date or something. This would be for them.

Chef was great, I just feel that the context of the class was very poor. Nothing to excited. The dessert was definitely not the best. Coming from NYC and being in the catering business my expectations were high.

There was no class at the venue I booked. Chef was a no show!!! We got a confirmation an hour before class with the location booked. We showed up and the venue said Cozy had not reserved the class for 1pm today. Very disappointing...especially for a valentines day present.
