Chef Brennan or a resident chef will show you how to shape shrimp har gow, assemble pork and shiitake siu mai and cook sheng jian bao for a crisp-bottomed finish. You’ll prepare garlicky steamed bok choy and make chili crisp from scratch to accompany everything. From working with wrappers to balancing steaming and pan-frying, you’ll gain practical dumpling-making experience throughout the evening. This date night cooking class in Las Vegas gives you the chance to explore dim sum techniques while cooking and learning together.

We were taught how to make the croissant dough however i didnt know we wouldnt use the dough or bake it due to time constraints and method doesnt allow for it … i would have liked to know … we baked someone elses dough which was tough and not flaky … i was dissapointed overall … i will try myself the recipe …. Its complicated and time consuming (days) chef was lovely and safety conscious liked that especially in light of using others dough which is totally hands on

Fillet an orange… learn how to make hummus…. Leave with a charcuterie box and potato soup….learned some great tricks and look forward to practicing skills… Chef Mark was great!
