Chef Chiquita is and was AMAZING! I surprised my husband with her class for his birthday and she definitely made it a memorable occasion. We had so much fun, her direction and skills helped us to create the most delicious food. She is health conscious. Which was a big plus for us. All of the food that she provided (vegetables, herbs, spices) were fresh. She provided us with enough skills to work more proficient in our kitchen at home.

A group of 6 of us attended Chiquita's class as part of a bachelorette party and we had an absolute blast! We met Chiquita at a local kitchen because we do not live in NYC and it was a great space to be in. Chiquita is super knowledgeable and gave us lots of cooking tips.
