Turn pumpkin into a full dessert spread in this cooking class in The Woodlands.

Put pumpkin at the center of your fall baking in this hands-on cooking class in The Woodlands. You’ll make pumpkin caramel swirl ice cream, pumpkin soufflé with orange zest and honey cream, baked maple pumpkin donuts with brown butter glaze and pumpkin snickerdoodles. You’ll also mix a pumpkin spice latte topped with vanilla cold foam. Chef Boris or a resident chef will guide you through baking, frozen desserts and soufflé techniques while showing you different ways to work with seasonal flavors. peruvian dinner with chicken sish kabob, fresh salad, sticky rice and incredible desert. Delightful and fun experience to cook with chef and learn various Techniques.

Steak, fries, salad, creme brulee. Enjoyed making garlic aoili, compound butter, vinegrette salad dressing, and the brulee. This class was a gift certificate. I enjoyed it very much. Will most likely schedule another class in pastry making.

This was a lot of fun. Although I thought it was silly that they crowded us all together with another couple. It felt like too many cooks in the kitchen. And it wasn’t the romantic experience we were hoping for. Two table were empty and it would have been the same amount of food. A few more dirty dishes is all. The couple we were with felt the same way.
