Introduce a new Spanish tradition into your own home with this classic favorite!

With a rich culinary heritage that began in Valencia, paella is a dish that distinguishes itself by allowing one to improvise with ingredient choices. A quintessential one-dish meal, paella is perfect for festive occasions and caters to numerous tastes. In addition to learning the skills behind making this signature dish, you will be introduced to other celebrated Spanish originals.

Chef John’s class begins with your choice of three mouthwatering tapas from a selection that includes nutritious olive medley, delicious Spanish cheese, satisfying Marcona almonds, savory seared Padrón peppers, refreshing anchovies, appetizing fried anchovies, and enticing marinated artichokes. From there, you will create a zesty ensalada mixta before continuing on to a selection of paella from which you may choose one; delectable marinara, sumptuous mixta, or appetizing verduras. The class concludes with a flan de caramelo that is fit-for-the-gods.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
