In this demonstration cooking class Chef Josh will show you the proper way how to make a stand out salmon dish. Watch and discover how to take off the scales of the salmon, score the skin, and prepare it so that the skin is very crispy once cooked.
Chef Josh will provide you with insider tips on how best whip up savory chimichurri, a vibrant green herb sauce from Argentina. As you see how to infuse cherry tomatoes in oil with garlic and herbs, cook corn to perfection to make a grated corn puree, blanch fingerling potatoes to form a rustic smash with just the right touch of rosemary seasoning and enjoy a delightful dessert by making panna cotta with raspberry coulis sauce. After this class you will feel like you are ready to try it yourself in your very own kitchen.
