Cooking Class - European Farmhouse

With a delectable selection of menu courses specially assembled to represent the blend of influences behind authentic dishes from the European countryside, you may now witness the creation of each meal while also embarking on an engaging hands-on approach to learning. The class begins with mouthwatering chilled asparagus soup shooters and then a scrumptious mini cheese board before continuing with savory lamb chops topped with luscious Bordelaise sauce and a tantalizing French herb purée. The course continues with satisfying fondant potatoes followed by healthy roasted carrot and squash ribbons before ending on a heavenly high note; a divine seasonal panna cotta with berries and coulis.
