Explore this exciting process under Chef Josh’s skilled guidance and enjoy the nearly endless possibilities of this technique while also adding to your own culinary repertoire.
The class commences with zesty chilled asparagus soup shooters prepared by Chef Josh before learning to create an enticing mini cheese board. From there, you will make an indulgent fish en papillote with fresh olives and a healthy vegetable medley. Continue with a satisfying mushroom Israeli couscous and appetizing green beans before concluding the class with a glorious panna cotta with seasonal berries and coulis.
