Great experience!!! list meeting a long-time friend... and learning something at the same time. I will definitely cooking this meal for my family!! simple to make and fancy-looking - my kind of cooking!! We only brought one bottle of wine, which we finished while cooking, so Barbara brought out her own bottle when we sat down to enjoy the food. Awesome host!!

Chef Barbara was amazing! Thank you for such a wonderful night. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as I'd never taken a cooking class before. I got this as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and it was WONDERFUL! Chef Barbara was thoughtful and patient and wonderfully prepared. We both had some dietary restrictions that she went above and beyond to accommodate and it was a joy spending a night cooking in her home! Definitely would recommend this to anyone!

This was our first cooking class, with Cozymeal & Chef Barbara. We loved it... Chef Barbara was so much fun to be around. She was prepared, organized & very knowledgeable. We learned more than a receipt, we learned valuable cooking basics as well. For instance, we didn’t know that there were so many different ways to cut an onion, we didn’t know how to eyeball a tablespoon of olive oil on the bottom of a pan. This might seem like basic information for most people, but it was new information to us & Chef Barbara didn’t make us feel uncomfortable because I didn’t already know it. Chef Barbara was very patient while showing us how to prepare all of the ingredients & allowing us to try it alongside her. Thank your Chef Barbara it was such an enjoyable experience! Dan & Julie

Chef Barbara has been a culinary instructor for over 20 years. A former culinary school manager, her experience in the kitchen classroom led her to write a cookbook for young adults seeking guidance with everyday meals. An expert in cooking fundamentals and instruction, Chef Barbara has worked with corporate teams to strengthen communication and trust through the act of preparing a meal together. She is delighted to share her craft with Cozymeal guests.
