Chef Francesca was amazing with the Italian desserts she had lined up for us. She was very friendly and quite informative of tips and tricks to do while preparing these dishes and dishes with similar ingredients. She also mentioned ways to modify them for different flavors and ways to prepare them to be more aesthetic. I would give her a 7/5 if possible.

It warms my heart to know there are still great people like this in the world. Francesca welcomed us into her home with open arms and made us very comfortable working with our setup. We made fettucine and culurgiones (google it, they are awesome), with the mushroom cream sauce and arrabbiata. The 3 hours flew by and we had a great time sharing stories and talking about food and family. I would absolutely recommend doing a class with Francesca, she's the best!!
