Chef Francesca was amazing with the Italian desserts she had lined up for us. She was very friendly and quite informative of tips and tricks to do while preparing these dishes and dishes with similar ingredients. She also mentioned ways to modify them for different flavors and ways to prepare them to be more aesthetic. I would give her a 7/5 if possible.

Absolutely loved this experience. Chef Francesca is super sweet and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about cooking and taught us a lot. My husband and I have never made pasta before and we were able to make the most delicious dishes that we'll easily recreate at home. I would love to do another class with her and bring friends along too!

Francesca was incredibly nice, we had learning the different steps of making pasta from scratch (and doing some of it ourselves), and the final product at the end was delicious!
