Cooking Class - Best of the Pacific Rim
Join Chef Jarvis for an exploration of sushi making and pan-Asian cuisine while learning how to work with new ingredients and techniques in this class. Chef Jarvis teaches guests how to make dashi soup with shiitake mushrooms and vegetables, followed by a fresh mixed greens salad with Thai peanut dressing.
Guests will then learn how to craft traditional sushi rolls by hand using a variety of vegetables and sushi-grade fish. You'll finish with a warming ginger rice pudding with citrus, pineapple and spices.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
