Join Chef Jarvis for a tour of Spanish flavors and traditional recipes.

Chef Jarvis is your guide through this whirlwind tour of Spanish flavors and culinary techniques. In this class, guests will learn how to make a selection of tapas, paella and a classic Spanish dessert.

As you craft your tapas, you will sample meats, olives, cheeses and infused oils from Spain. Guests will learn how to make saffron rice paella studded with fruits of the sea, sausage, chicken and olives. For dessert, guests will enjoy a sweet Spanish treat.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jarvis was amazing! What an interactive and delicious evening of Tapas, Paella and Fried Pound Cake. He is a friendly, engaging teacher. Chef Jarvis attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta before traveling to Spain to finish his International Culinary Diplome. Toward the decent of his collegiate career, he traveled overseas to several countries in Europe in order to broaden his horizon and widen his perception on life. Most recently, he has appeared on the Food Network series Cooks VS Cons, CBS 46, and Channel 11 Alive News doing cooking demonstrations.
