Learn to fold and cook gyoza in this fun hands-on cooking class.

In this cooking class, you will learn how to make classic gyoza from scratch with a flavorful filling and perfectly pleated wrappers. With Chef Thomas guiding you step by step, you will practice folding techniques and discover how to seal dumplings so they cook evenly and hold their shape.

 

You will prepare a savory filling with ground pork or chicken, napa cabbage, garlic, ginger and scallions, then master the pan-sear and steam method for crispy bottoms and tender tops. You will also mix a simple rice vinegar dipping sauce to complete your dish. Expect a few funny-looking dumplings at first, then serious pride when they hit the pan. Book your spot today!
