Cooking Class - Make a Mediterranean Seafood Feast

Cook a thoughtfully crafted seafood menu in this hands-on cooking class.
Work through elegant seafood recipes in this fun cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area). Guided by Chef Andrea or a resident chef, you’ll cook salmon with crisp skin, prepare mussels marinières and poach shrimp with precision. You’ll also make a simple green salad and gain insight from a live fish butchery demonstration. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef
After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
