Born and raised in France, Chef Marlène combines her French heritage cooking and years of culinary professionalism for an authentic and educational cooking class experience. Learn how to make five different seasonal small bites just as French families would prepare them at home.
Learning how to create French appetizers, called "apero," will teach guests a variety of important culinary techniques. The chef caters a special menu for each class according to the season, which may include such delicacies as parmesan and prosciutto fritters, and smoked salmon bites with lemon crème fraiche. Join Chef Marlène for an upscale appetizer class that will teach you how to easily make elegant small bites for parties and celebrations.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Five Seasonal French Appetizers

Parmesan and prosciutto fritters
Bouchées with smoked salmon and lemon crème fraiche
Quail eggs with homemade mayonnaise and fish roe
French bean and chili pepper dip
Goat cheese cakes with onion confit
