Chef Erick and his assistants did an amazing job guiding us. We made a delicious NY strip steak with an olive tapenade, sautéed shrimp, small roasted potatoes and an absolutely delicious Panna cotta. We had such a fun and informative time and learned some skills which will be very handy. Can’t wait sign up for more classes! Thanks Chef Erick and staff!

Chef Dagney was wonderful - very knowledgeable and fun. We loved the thanksgiving class. I would for sure return if it wasn’t for the fact that there are no chairs to sit down and enjoy your meal. It makes absolutely no sense that we cook and spent all this time preparing our meal and then no time is given for enjoyment of the meal. No chairs, no place setting or making the table. I think the cooking experience is great the enjoyment of the dinner is a zero. And in the end the whole point of cooking is to enjoy a meal. The only reason I am giving it a 4 starts is because chef Dagne is great.

Was disappointed with the quality of food. I was expecting a more premium experience for the price. The strawberry shortcake was the most disappointing and the one I was looking forward to. Instead it was a scone with strawberry on top. The buttercream merengue for the cupcakes has zero taste as if they forget the sugar? Or I’m not sure but pure butter. Didn’t even get to decorate with colors or with style. Over all was expecting a better result.

We cooked a delicious 3 course meal and the cook tja teaches us was very nice, funny and excellent. However it was not the cook that was advertised even though he was great. The class was a lot of fun a d the food tasted great but we had to eat standing as no chairs were allowed? After we finished eating we wanted to enjoy the rest of our wine but were asked to leave immediately since they had to close the store.

I'll be honest = I was genuinely shocked. The food we made was not good at all. The steamed dumplings were so gross, almost no one ate them and the class agreed it was their least favorite of the dishes we prepared. The soup we made had no flavor. No one in the class liked it. No one said, "Oh this is so delicious" about any of the food we made because it was so obvious that the results were awful. I'm glad I took the chance, but as someone who is genuinely serious about cooking, this wasn't the right space for me.

This was a class at in Miami. You share a table with another couple and while they do have you wash your hands, they have you combine your food with the other couple. I did not like that. You should have your own cooking station. They also had to many people in our class and we were placed on an outside table that didn't have enough ingredients. It was also very fast paced, and the teachers seemed annoyed when some of the people needed more time or assistance.

I thought the class was fine. The food we cooked was tasty but it did seem like we were just putting ingredients together in a rushed format. I thought there should have been more of an opportunity to make the raviolis, everything seemed rushed and a bit hectic. Also I wish we could have had Togo boxes but all we got was a ziplock and there was so much food waste. Also, we did not get the recipes and thought that would have been nice. Overall the instructor was swift but definitely seemed a bit like she was racing against the clock to get through everything.
