Do you love tapas and Spanish cuisine? This introductory class will teach you how to recreate the flavor of Spain in your own home, under the guidance of a professional chef.
Chef Anup starts by teaching you how to make a traditional Spanish omelette, carve acorn-fed ham straight off the bone, and make delicious tapas by hand. Students will learn techniques to make a charred vegetable romesco and a succulent seafood paella. Your Spanish cooking lesson ends on a sweet note as Chef Anup teaches you how to make crisp, cinnamon churros, served with a rich, homemade hot chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
