What You’ll Do

Cook coastal-inspired French dishes with hands-on guidance.

Discover the flavors of the French coast in this hands-on cooking class in Lake Grove (New York). With guidance from Chef Jackson or a resident chef, you’ll make bouillabaisse in a saffron seafood broth with creamy garlic aioli, plus a shaved radish and arugula salad with tapenade vinaigrette.
