What You’ll Do

Encourage your kid to learn about food from different cultures in this cooking series.

Designed for ages 7-11, this hands-on cooking series in Raleigh takes young chefs on a five-day journey through global flavors. Guided by Chef Megan or a chef instructor, kids will explore dishes inspired by Mexico, Asia, Italy, France and classic American comfort food. Along the way, they’ll practice knife safety, seasoning and balance, dough shaping and basic heat control while cooking meals like chicken tostadas, soba noodles, fettuccine Alfredo and croque monsieur. This cooking series in Raleigh helps kids build confidence and curiosity through hands-on cooking every day.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
