Skip the takeout tonight and learn how to roll your own sushi in this interactive cooking class with Chef Jenny. You’ll discover just how simple and satisfying homemade sushi can be. Start by preparing perfectly seasoned sushi rice, the foundation of every great roll. Then, layer avocado, cucumber and fresh surimi onto nori sheets to build a classic California roll. Next, get creative with a colorful veggie roll filled with avocado, cucumber and sweet mango. Chef Jenny will guide you step by step through traditional rolling techniques so your sushi comes out tight, balanced and ready to impress. This is sushi night, upgraded!

Jenny made the experience fun and instructive! She made sure to stop by and help each person so no one felt left out/ignored. Huge bonus she cooked them all up for us and while it takes time to do so they were worth the wait and we even had plenty left to take a few home. Soooo tasty!!!
