Cook with farmers market inspiration in this hands-on cooking class.

Build farm-to-table cooking skills in this interactive cooking class in Houston. With guidance from Chef Monica or a resident chef, you’ll prepare a vegetable-forward menu featuring mushroom and leek frittata, asparagus bisque, spring vegetable risotto and roasted strawberry balsamic ice cream. You’ll focus on knife skills, risotto technique and balancing fresh flavors. This cooking class in Houston offers hands-on instruction you can easily apply at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We attended as a family for my wife's birthday. This was som much better than just going out to dinner to celebrate. The menu was great and we learned some new cooking tips, all the while working together!
