WHAT YOU’LL DO
Delight your entire crew with a hands-on pasta making experience!
In a class environment that promotes teamwork and having fun, Chef George brings his decades of culinary knowledge to show you the tips and tricks to preparing and perfecting all manner of pasta. Your family will learn delicious recipes that represent classic gourmet Italian favorites that can be enjoyed again and again.
The journey begins by learning to handcraft a sumptuous pasta dough followed by a luscious fettuccini with savory sausage and fresh mushroom tomato sauce. Afterwards, you’ll create an enticing cheese ravioli in silky herbed cream sauce. The class concludes after you prepare blissful homemade croutons and fresh-baked garlic bread.
Chef George or his resident chef will be hosting this class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class, a $10 corkage fee will be applied on-site.
