Transform your home into a Parisian eatery with the guidance of a master chef!
Take the intimidation out of learning to create a delectable array of French cuisine with an unparalleled class environment led by a master chef. Raised in a family with deep culinary roots, Chef George invites you to discover just how fun and engaging it can be to explore gourmet dishes and then enjoy the flavorful results.
Your experience begins by learning to prepare delightful caramelized sweet onion and goat cheese tartlets followed by a refreshing fresh herb salad. The next item on the menu are savory pan-roasted baby lamb chops with apricot jus. Complete your class with heavenly chocolate soufflés.
Chef George or his resident chef will be hosting this class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class, a $10 corkage fee will be applied on-site.
