Cooking Class - Italian Fare in San Carlos

You class begins with a zesty salad that includes fresh asparagus, spicy roasted red peppers and arugula and parmesan to compliment. Continue by preparing a delectable polenta with savory artichoke ragoût followed by a succulent roasted leg of lamb. The class ends on a heavenly high note with a sinful tiramisù.

Chef George or his resident chef will be hosting this class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class, a $10 corkage fee will be applied on-site.
