Begin your workshop by preparing a savory thin-crust pizza dough and delectable garlic knots. From there, you will learn to create a mouthwatering whole grain pizza dough followed by a succulent Pizza Bianca and then a flavorful shallot confit and mixed mushroom pizza. Prepare for smiles around the table when you create outstanding pizza for you and your guests.
