Make fresh pasta, rich ricotta filling and a silky Parmigiano cream sauce in this hands-on class.
Transform simple ingredients into restaurant-worthy pasta in this energetic, hands-on cooking class. You’ll mix and knead your own dough before rolling it into smooth, delicate sheets ready for filling. Create a rich ricotta mixture brightened with Parmigiano and a hint of nutmeg, then learn how to shape and seal your pasta with confidence.

To finish, prepare a luxurious Parmigiano cream sauce that ties everything together in the most comforting way. Expect plenty of guidance, great food and a deeper appreciation for the magic of homemade pasta as you cook and laugh your way through the experience.

Ricotta Filling
