Roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of sushi-making in this interactive cooking class with Chef Damon. Start by honing your knife skills as you slice crisp vegetables and prepare perfectly seasoned sushi rice. Using your freshly prepped ingredients, you’ll layer avocado, cucumber and surimi to create a California roll before assembling a colorful veggie roll with mango, avocado and cucumber.

Chef Damon will guide you step by step through the rolling and slicing process, sharing insider techniques for neat, tight rolls that look as good as they taste. Finish the class by enjoying your handmade sushi creations.
