Discover the art of creating from-scratch gyoza dumplings, learning the proper techniques to fold, pleat, fill and cook each one. Next, learn how to make homemade ramen noodles, soulful miso ramen broth and the assorted toppings to customize to your heart’s delight, including pork chashu, wood ear mushrooms, corn, Japanese chives "nira", scallions. Finally you will learn how to perfect "shoyu tamago" — the gooey ramen egg.

Chef Karoi was a wonderful teacher at tonight's ramen class! We learned all about how to make the noodles and the process she went through to create the broth. Between the ramen and gyoza, we were stuffed by the end. We will definitely be taking what we learned and recreating the process at home in the future. So if you are interested in what it takes to make flavorful broth and delicious noodles, definitely check out this class. You won't be disappointed.
