Inspired by the local ingredients of the various lands, she has channeled these experiences into a career of catering. Indulge in a dynamic class with Chef Zenaidy whose enthusiasm for cooking and international charms will be sure to entertain.
In this three-course menu, Chef Zenaidy will demonstrate the basics to Italian cooking. Begin with an avocado mousse with scallops, continue with farro topped with seared beef, and end with a classic panna cotta for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
