instructor (not Eric) was great, except she talked way too fast. Biggest complaint is that the dishes were all far too salty. This wasn’t because of salt we added, but because of the premixed items provided to us. It’s especially concerning since we brought my 87 year old father, who has a serious heart condition. I am almost positive that I mentioned his special dietary requirement when making the reservation.

We had so much fun learning and cooking with Eric. He’s so skilled and knowledgeable. I’ve been cooking for a long time but from the moment we started I learned tips and tricks that were new to me and my friends. Thank you for fun afternoon!
