Chef Roxy was great. She gave us a lot of options and the food turned out delicious. The recipes and ingredient list didn't match exactly, and that was confusing.

We made pancakes, mimosas and a fruit compote for the pancakes. Chef Roxy is great at explaining and moves at a pace that is easy to keep up with. I would take any class Chef Roxy instructs!

We did a pancake and mimosa brunch for Mother's Day. We have done several over the years, this one was just the right speed! Easy to follow along, some interesting tips along the way, and a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
