What You’ll Do

Learn how to achieve that perfect crust and soft interior.

Get hands-on with homemade bread in this beginner-friendly baking cooking class in Centennial (Denver). Chef Christopher or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you through making roasted vegetable focaccia, shaping French baguettes and pain d’epi and building crostini topped with whipped ricotta and hot honey. You’ll also make your own basil oil for extra flavor. This 3-hour cooking experience in Centennial (Denver) is a cozy way to learn new skills and enjoy fresh, from-scratch breads.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Fun class but chef made it feel rushed.. she was very nice. Did not like that there was no seats. It was standing the whole time
