Join Chef Cristina or one of the talented resident chefs to make classic shrimp étouffée, starting with a rich dark roux and layers of savory flavor. Then, cook red beans spiced with Cajun seasoning and smoky andouille sausage, plus golden hushpuppies served with sweet honey butter. For dessert, flambé bananas to create a sizzling bananas foster.
