Led by Chef Daniel or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll prepare shrimp étouffée with a deep, savory roux, red beans with andouille sausage and crisp hushpuppies with honey butter. To wrap things up, flambé bananas for a fiery bananas foster finale. Whether you're a Southern food lover or a curious cook, this New Orleans-inspired cooking experience in Ann Arbor will spice up your evening with bold flavors and fun techniques!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was our first time, it was so much fun and can’t wait to do it again.

There was 12 people at the class and it was disorganized. There should of been more direction when making the food. Chef Matt was nice and the food was good. My favorite part was making the pasta.
