What You’ll Do

Learn to create classic English dishes with timeless technique and a touch of elegance.

Experience high-class dining that embodies the rich traditions of aristocratic dining from Downton Abbey. In this cooking class, a world-class chef will guide the guests through culinary tips and traditions of the upper-class. The guests will learn to properly sear scallops, achieving a perfect golden crust and prepare the silky Champagne beurre blanc. Guests will create green beans almondine and crispy truffled pommes Dauphine. To complete the meal, guests will learn to create ile flottante - a soft meringue floating on silky smooth vanilla bean crème Anglaise.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
