What You’ll Do

Plan an authentic Korean meal using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.

This cooking class is a fun and engaging way to boost your culinary skills and learn new recipes. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll make grilled bulgogi beef lettuce wraps and cast-iron scallion pancakes. Next, prepare stir-fried glass noodles with fresh vegetables. You'll also make marinated cucumber salad with scallions and sesame.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Rico was knowledgeable, helpful, humorous and energetic. Truly enjoyed the Korean cooking class. All the recipes were delicious, especially the dumplings

Resident Chef and he his assistant were great. Although the risotto lacked sufficient flavor, the soufflé and scallops were tasty. I like that they get everyone involved with the cooking and taught some helpful techniques that make prep easier.
