all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Wow your foodie friends and family with authentic homemade Italian ravioli.
Level up your home cooking with Italian pasta-making traditions in this exciting and hands-on cooking class. With help from a world-class chef, you’ll quickly learn to make, roll and fill fresh pasta dough. When that’s done, you’ll rustle up a crowd-pleasing Italian feast featuring pumpkin agnolotti with brown butter and sage sauce, three-cheese ravioli with pancetta and tomato sauce and a citrus and walnut salad with shaved Brussels sprouts.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
