What You'll Do

Create macarons for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration in this guided cooking session.

Bake festive French pastries in this interactive cooking class in Boulder. With guidance from Chef Ashley or a resident chef, you’ll prepare Irish coffee–flavored macarons and shamrock-shaped macarons while learning key techniques for consistent texture and appearance. You’ll focus on proper mixing, resting and baking methods. This cooking class in Boulder offers a fun, hands-on way to build confidence with macarons.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
